Yesterday was my second or third visit. I had the Mediterranean pizza which was delicious and in previous time I had the fish cakes which was also a successful choice. A big thank you to Mo, a lovely guy! Cheers everyone
best Italian i’ve visited in a while. such good value 6.75 for lunch ( i had a very good sized portion of carbonara ). best pasta from a restaurant that i’ve had - so creamy, cheesy and amazing. decor is so beautiful inside it really feels like italy ! also a perfect hybrid between classic and modern. service is also 10/10 very friendly and attentive but not overwhelming.
Lovely place to eat!! Staff are friendly, atmosphere is lovely and the food is superb. They do a lovely lunch menu at a very reasonable price. I asked for something not on the menu and they were happy to accommodate. Food was delicious and if I’m ever in Hove again, I will be back!!
Burger was great, fantastic pasta and good pizza. Yummy mussels too. Been there few times now and it’s always been great.
WHAT A FANTASTIC!!! PLACE!! Well worth a visit, this was our 1st time here. We try a new restaurant on our anniversary every year, and this has been the best in 8 years. Food was fresh and cooked perfectly. Portions were big and value for money. So Looking forward to coming back and trying their Sunday Roast, If you've not tried la piazza, you really should, you won't be disappointed. We meet the the owner Amanda and our server Elaina whom were so attentive and made our anniversary dinner special. Couldn't have asked for better. This has honestly became our favourite restaurant from now on and can't wait to try the remainder on the menu, BTW my hubby is vegetarian and had a selection of items he could have. So thumbs up to la piazza and thumbs up to Amanda & Elaina and definitely to the chef for such great food.
Our go to place for a family meal or just a nice chat with friends. The family touch is on everything. Delicious food, reasonable prices and some gems on the wine list without breaking the bank.
went with family for get together and lunch at 2.30pm.food was amazing,really well cooked and well presented. everyone enjoyed their meal, citing it as tasty, well prepared,great portion sizes.chatted later to the owner,who was lovely and very hospitable,and was our waitress also that day!
I recently attended an event here with around 80 guests, and I must say everything was exceptional. I had the salmon with mashed potatoes, which was absolutely delicious. Everyone seemed very happy with their meals. The service was outstanding ,the waitstaff were incredibly polite, patient, and attentive throughout the evening. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and top-notch service. A truly pleasant experience from start to finish!
